The scope of work should be as follows:
Replace existing gas pack RTU with a new gas pack RTU. System shall come equipped with hail guards and a low leak enthalpy economizer with barometric relief and a control module that is able to work with BACnet controls for future use, and a curb adapter for installation. Bid shall include an extended warranty for 5 years.
